Electrical/Computer Engineer

Ciholas Technologies is looking for a full time electrical and/or computer engineer to work on development and designing of electronic devices. Responsibilities would include concept development, researching available parts, schematic development, circuit board layout, initial testing, debugging, documentation, and manufacturing support. Additional skills in software and firmware development are highly beneficial. Ability to adapt and learn new skills is required due to the varied nature of the work. A BS or better in electrical engineering or computer engineering is required. See below for application information.

Software Engineer

The software engineer would work on various projects ranging from firmware in products to application and database development. Example tasks might include microcontroller development in C, working with real time operating systems, developing user level applications, and doing web development in a Linux, Apache, MySQL, and Ruby on Rails environment. Ability to adapt and acquire different skills is a requirement due to the varied nature of the work. A BS degree in computer science or computer engineering is required. Technician/Assembler

Ciholas Technologies has a full time permanent position open for a combination technician and assembler working on maintaining and building various electronic products. Technician duties would include disassembly, debugging, repair, reassembly, and testing of various electronic boards, devices, and products. Assembly duties would include mechanical and electrical assembly, testing, and packaging of varying devices in a production process. A key requirement is that the candidate be flexible and adaptable in their abilities. Experience and skills in the following areas will be beneficial: soldering, circuit operation, electronic repair, mechanical assembly, wiring harness assembly, computer operation, and using test equipment.
