Evan Buchanan is an Evansville native. He received his bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Evansville in 2005. He was introduced to Ciholas Inc though the UE senior project program, implementing a custom networked HVAC system for the Ciholas facility. He joined Ciholas full-time in July of 2005 as a design engineer. His job functions include the design of hardware and the implementation software in C/C++, Ruby, and Verilog.

Evan lives on the North side with his girlfriend Nancy and their two dogs Bo Jangles and Harley. Evan is an avid video game, home theater, and PC enthusiast. In his spare time, he enjoys watching movies and listening to music on his home built speaker systems.
