Wade Buchanan was born and raised on Evansville's west side. He is a 2004 graduate of F.J. Reitz High School, where he was a member of the Reitz hockey team. From there, he attended Universal Technical Institute and became a certified automotive technician. While attending UTI, he also completed the Ford Accelerated Credential Training Program. Wade joined the manufacturing department of Ciholas in February of 2010.

In his spare time, Wade enjoys watching movies, playing guitar, and ice skating.
